Welcome to servicepressprinting.com! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at servicepressprinting.com (the "Service") operated by Service Press Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Service Press Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Utah, United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Customer Content and Copyright

  • 3.1 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content of the materials you submit for printing.
  • 3.2 Artwork Warranty: By submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to print it. You agree to indemnify Service Press Inc. from any claims of copyright or trademark infringement related to your order.
  • 3.3 Rights to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse to print any material that we deem illegal, libelous, scandalous, or otherwise inappropriate.

4. Order Process and Proofing

  • 4.1 Proof Approval: For custom print jobs, we may provide a digital or physical proof. It is your responsibility to review the proof for spelling, layout, and design errors.
  • 4.2 Finality: Once a proof is approved by the client, Service Press Inc. is not liable for any errors present in the approved proof. Re-printing due to client-approved errors will be at the client's expense.

5. Color Matching and Print Quality

  • 5.1 Color Variation: Because of differences in monitor calibrations and the nature of the printing process (CMYK vs. RGB), you acknowledge that there may be slight color variations between what you see on your screen and the final printed product.
  • 5.2 Standards: We strive for high-quality results, but we do not guarantee an exact 100% color match.

6. Purchases, Billing, and Refunds

  • 6.1 Payment: All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • 6.2 Custom Goods Policy: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted once production has begun.
  • 6.3 Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled prior to the commencement of production. A cancellation fee may apply for any design work already performed.

7. Shipping and Turnaround Times

  • 7.1 Estimates: Turnaround times are estimates and start only after proof approval and payment. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or "Acts of God."
  • 7.2 Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Service Press Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

8. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
  • To submit false or misleading information or upload viruses/malicious code.
  • To harass, abuse, harm, or defame individuals based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, or disability.
  • To scrape or spider any part of the Service for data mining purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Service Press Inc., nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, resulting from your access to or use of the Service or the final printed products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
